WELCOME

Icon of SS Austin and Gregory Welcome to our parish of Ss Austin & Gregory in Margate. We are a Roman Catholic Church belonging to the Archdiocese of Southwark and part of the Thanet Deanery.

We are a small vibrant parish in the heart Margate; you will find us on the corner of Charlotte Place and Victoria Road, opposite the Spread Eagle pub! (if you are coming from the sea front, bear right at the clock tower , proceed up the hill to Cecil Square and turn right at the traffic lights. Charlotte Square and Charlotte Place is the third turning on the left). Our parish, established in 1797, is centred round our historic church, which began its life in 1804 as a mission chapel. It may not look much from the exterior but many are pleasantly surprised by its beautiful interior. We hope that the attractiveness of our church is matched by the warmth of our parish's welcome and hospitality. All are warmly welcome to join us for any of our services or meetings.

Please feel free to contact us for any further information.

Wishing you every peace and blessing
